These ancient methods spoken of in the above quote are acupuncture with the use of tapping or massaging key acupuncture points on the skin. Your body is composed of energy pathways and centers of energy that infuse your cells, organ, emotions, and thoughts. Neuroscientists call these pathways neural pathways. Energy psychology marries acupuncture and specific thoughts to interrupt unwanted thoughts patterns and stimulate new ones.
